Refund policy

At Nuvella, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items are eligible for return unless otherwise stated.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you may choose one of the following:

• Full refund to your original payment method
• Store credit for future purchases
• Exchange for another item

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at hello@getnuvella.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
