Shipping policy
Nuvella currently delivers to customers within South Africa.
We work with fulfilment partners who operate from fulfilment centres worldwide. Your order is shipped from an appropriate fulfilment centre based on product availability and your delivery destination.
Order Processing
Once your payment has been confirmed, we begin processing your order for fulfilment. Please allow time for your order to be prepared, packaged and dispatched before delivery begins.
Delivery Times
Our estimated delivery time for South African orders is 4 to 12 business days from the time your order enters fulfilment. This estimate includes branding, packaging and shipping.
Please note:
- Business days exclude weekends.
- Public holidays might add one or two days to the delivery timeframe.
- The total time from placing your order to receiving your parcel includes order processing before fulfilment begins.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unexpected delays, product availability and shipping arrangements might affect when your order arrives.
Shipping Fees
Standard delivery within South Africa costs R150 per order.
Enjoy free standard delivery on orders of R799 and above.
Your applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided for your order once your parcel has been dispatched and the tracking details are available. You will receive your tracking information to follow your parcel while it is in transit. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear as your parcel moves through the delivery network.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us for assistance with tracking your parcel. Please include your order number and the email address used when placing your order so we can assist you efficiently.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure your delivery address, contact number and other shipping details are correct before completing your purchase. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information might cause delays or prevent successful delivery. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
